Warm the Gua Sha stone by rubbing it between your hands
Apply to sides of neck and sweep upwards using firm pressure
Proceed to face area, working from chin to cheeks; then across forehead and around eyes
Repeat each stroke three times
Use every morning and evening after cleansing, and apply Skin Regimen /Lx serum of choice
