If, for any reason, you’re not fully satisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will gladly offer a complimentary adjustment with the original stylist to address your concerns.
To ensure the best results, we highly recommend using the professional products recommended by your stylist. Results cannot be guaranteed if alternative products are used or aftercare instructions are not followed.
Retail products are final sale, all brushes and rollers are final sale
